I recently bought an iPad from a guy on the streets n I believe it’s stolen. If I registar the iPad on itune account, will the owner be able to track me down when I download an application?

yes they can if they pursue and remember the number or have the box with the numbers on it if you connect to the internet on it it will come up on your ip address

Depending on what kind of apps it has they probably would know the address you were at when you turn it on. You can do the same thing with an iphone.
