this is like comparing a microwave and a taoster, 2 different things.
what do you want to do with this device is what helps decide which to get.

Laptop. They are faster, less prone to breaking, have flash, and are overall much better. I wish I didn’t by my iPod touch, I could have got a laptop sooner.
