Higher ram (More powerful)
Bigger screen
Word processor…..
Thats the only main difference I’ve seen between my iPod and iPad.
My iPod gets MUCH more attention, the iPad is nifty for a few weeks. Then gets kind of huge and annoying.
Give your answer to this question below!

Basically the ipad is larger, and has a more powerful chip. That is all.
they both read, only the ipod does music, they both play video.. thats about all I can tell you. Ipads just a bigger prettied up ipod touch with an ebook store on it.
well the ipad has more memory and a bigger screen. there are also more apps to choice from. the only REAL diffrents is the size
It’s has a bigger screen, it’s faster, and has some exclusive apps. That’s about it :P!
Really…
An ipad is just like a laptop,
basically something to get on the internet with and read ebooks.
…they basically do the same things.? Soo i really dont know why
they made 2 different thinqs? i guess it was cooler(:?
Sorry if i didnt help you, im kind of new at this(:
The iPad has the same interface, layout, and pretty much the same functionality of a big iPod but it provides more screen real estate and there is a difference between the two. iPad borrows apps from the iPod’s app store, and gives the same movie and music playback but the difference is the manner in which it does these tasks. With the iPad’s new A4 processor your old apps, movies, and music will be able to playback at an accelerated speed than with the iPod. The 9.7 inch screen of the iPad makes reading easier but also creates another difference between itself and the iPod; providing the perfect screen size for running new features like iWorks , iBooks, and watching movies.
Nothing essentially. The iPad can run multiple apps, has a couple more features, but essentially they do about the same things. You can recognize iPad is a bigger iPod, iTouch, iPhone…:D
