for the ipad and ipod touch(4th generation) if you use any application that the device offers like for ex. games,gps,ect do you have to pay?
and the other question is for both the ipad and ipod touch(4th generation) do you have to pay to use the internet? and to download stuff from the web?

Everything is absolutely free, except for the items in iTunes (apps, movies, songs, podcasts) that you have to buy.
