I bought an iPad case from eBay on Thursday night and it said it ships within 3-6 buissness days…will they continue to ship it to me over the weekend?

No, the weekend is not considered business days. They are not obligated to do so.
It depends on how quickly you pay for it. The seller may ship it out today and it will continue shipping through the weekend (just not on Sunday)

Business days are considered to be Monday through Friday. You might be lucky and they shipped it on Saturday however, to save disappointment assume that it wasn’t shipped on the weekend.
