Question by Nick Bell: Help with email on my iPad!?
My dad just got his brand new iPad in the mail today. It’s great for him; simple to use and everything. Now, he uses Comcast for his email. Their email thing (whatever) doesn’t really seem to work with iPad. He can sign in and get to his email, but he can’t open or read anything in his inbox, sent folder, or drafts. So I set up the mail application that comes with the iPad, and all my dad gets are the Inbox and Trash folders. He needs both Drafts and Sent. What do I do? He’s really upset that this “amazing piece of technology” he purchased can’t do the thing he primarily needs it for. Help!

It can do it. Tell him not to get upset. Just call apple help line. They can tell you what to do in a couple minutes and it will work perfectly… 1-800-275-2273
