Question by Nick: question about the apple iwork on ipad?
As you may know, iwork consists of keynote, numbers, and pages. Are these applications compatible with powerpoint, excel, and word on a pc. Can i alternate between and ipad and a pc if I have these software’s. Thanks in advance.

“Compatible with” means that these programs can open and edit using some of the same file formats. But each time you do so, the file goes through conversion because the feature sets of each program are different. Fonts will be substituted. Charts will look different. Presentations will look and play differently. But they will open.
