With this low price, it is definitely a good buy. This is NOT a real leather. But the quality of PU leather case feels fine. Since iPAD itself has some weight, this light weight case will not add too much burden but provide pretty good protection.
Besides that, holding this case looks like holding a notepad. It is safe to hold it and walk on the street.

Used this case for the last 2 weeks, seems to be a well made case. Elastic is used to hold iPad into case with additional elastic bands to secure the lid.
Pros:
Simple, thin, light, good protection to face and back.
Cover can be used to prop iPad as if made to be a stand.
Provides excellent grip to slippery ipad.
Can be removedattached quickly with little effort, yet will not fall off.
Delivery was unexpectedly quick.
Soft but sturdy
Cons:
Provides little protection to edges.
Seamed to be available only in black, brown would have been preferred.
Original offer appeared to included a free screen protector which I never got.
I also received a CTCStore Leather Carrying Case Cover/Folio CTCStore Leather Carrying Case Cover/Folio With Built-in Stand for Apple iPad 3G tablet / Wifi model 16GB, 32GB, 64GB (BLACK) which I like a lot less.
Elastic bands, while affective, detract from the overall appearance.

Simple nice looking case that gets the job done at a really good price. I just needed a simple folio style case and this one fits great. Adds nice grip to the otherwise slippery iPad.

My friend bought the similar ipad case but from CrazyOnDigital. The material of inner face of the case is like the inner face of a jewelry box. Only for a few days, the inner skin of the case has lots of lint falling out.
This CTCStore sold slimline case uses cloth as the inner face which is much much better. Not like other bulky ipad leather case, it is pretty slim and fit. When you hold this case with ipad, it will be looked like you are holding a note book.
The other good thing about this case is that it is very light. However, it has no stand function.
I think this case can be served as your secondary ipad case for easy carrying.

I ordered this case to go along with my new iPad. I carry my iPad in a padded briefcase, so I didn’t need a super-protective case. I was looking for something to grab and go to business meetings. When closed, it looks a lot like a run of the mill day planner at a glance, so it could serve as a theft deterrent as well.
Because of the low price, I wasn’t expecting much, but I have thankfully been pleasantly surprised by the quality of this case. The iPad fits well and the elastic straps hold it very snugly. I like the band that holds the case shut and that I can also usethem to hold the cover open using the iPad. There is also enough room in the crease to clip my stylus to the outside of the case without the clips scratching the side of the iPad.
The only two flaws I can think of is that the top corner of the case partially obscures the power button (but does not affect functionality) and that the suede-like material inside tends to pick up a little bit of dust/lint. However, despite these two very minor flaws, the overall functionality and value of the case add up to a solid 5-star product.
