Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R3H3MDQG5WXZ94 I included a quick video sample I did for a longer 3G iPad review.
Sorry the video is choppy, but I thought it would help having a visual.

If you know how limited this item’s capabilities are prior to buying it,
you should be OK.
You can play movie YouTube, movie you bought from iTunes and project type via certain apps.
Sadly, NetFlix did not work.
If you were hoping you could see all things iPad on a computer monitor or TV, you will be bummed.
I was sadly disappointed. I will still be doing presentations on my MacBook I guess 🙂
The output looks nice, but it is not as nice as the visuals actually look on the iPad itself.
I hope the video helps.

This accessory is a total rip off.
One would think that you should be able to mirror what you see on the iPad on a TV or monitor, but it does not work like that…
Instead, it is up to the application developer to output video on this thing. What does this mean? that almost none of the apps in the App Store use this cable, and there is no way to force the iPad to mirror those application displays on your TV or monitor.
To add insult to injury, Apple’s own Keynote App, which I was thinking of using for presentations, does not work with this thing. Oh the irony…
I think Apple should provide an option in Settings where we, users, decide if we wish to replicate the iPads’s video on an external device (and by default the option should be set to YES, otherwise, why would you buy this connector and plug it into the iPad?).
And do not get me wrong, I love Apple products (I own an iPhone, an iPad, and a MacBook Pro), but this is simply ridiculous…

I can only imagine that Apple will be releasing some future update that will allow this connector to “mirror” the primary display. Having spent some time developing in HTML5, I bought the connector so that we can do presentations of what I’ve accomplished. Apparently, this isn’t do-able, and I consider it a strong miss on Apple’s part. I will not return the connector, in hopes that Apple will fix this in some future release, but it is a disappointment.

Why would you buy the iPad VGA Dock Connector here for over $40 when it only retails for $29 at the Apple Store?

It just arrived, I plugged it and start working immediately.
Dont be surpise for not seeing everything, it is just for applications built for this feature. Presentations run awesome.

I do use screen protectors on both my iPhone and iPad. Those are usually excellent but I got turned off by reviewers of other iPad screen protectors in the low price range.
In any case the Incipio is as good as expected. I took truly care of applying it and got a tiny little bubble at the bezel area about the size of a needle head (2mm). The protector is not really anti glare to be honest. The experience is very much the same and the same principle as for matte photos. It eliminates some glare but will not save you out in sunlight. It also takes away a bit from the screens brightness (you can compensate with the brightness setting).
Another thing that people often ignore is how it affects your gesture handling. With the Incipio gestures are not quite as smooth to execute as on blank glass but resistance doesn’t increase dramatically either.
Overall it’s a o.k. performance product. The price is a bit on the steep side. You have to decide for yourself. I destroyed too many Apple screens to care about the price for a eight hundred $ product. The Incipio doesn’t seem to be as bad as the reviews on cheaper products here on AMAZON suggest.

Again, poor packaging for screen protectors. The envelope had been folded. Who needs a crease right down the middle of the screen.
