This case fits well and holds my iPad securely. The edge of the case near the screen of the ipad gaps a bit, but that does not bother me. You can’t see it in the photo but after you slide your iPad in, there is a leather flap that folds over the iPad so it is secure on all sides and can not slip out. All ports are accessible, the screen is not covered any more than necessary. The material and stitching are quality. After another ‘leather’ case I purchased tore at one of the corners after only a week of use, I am very happy with the excellence of this one. It has exceeded my expectations!

This product is everything it is advertised to be. Its real quality leather. The built in stands function as designed. The color is a rich reddish brown and is soft and nice looking. The case holds the iPad securely and allows access to all the ports. This is an amazing deal for the price. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a leather case for their iPad!

I gotta second & third what all the other reviewers have said: this is a tremendous value for the price! I purchased brown leather case, it looks fabulous — really elegant — but more to the point, it holds the iPad safely and securely and you still have full access to all the ports. This is the rare inexpensive product that’s truly well made! It’s also perfectly angled for when you need to use the iPad as a typewriter, or to prop it up (which my kids did this morning) to use it as a viewing screen. Also, it was delivered–for free–in one day. I can’t speak to durability yet, as I’ve only had it one day, but it seems to be extremely well-made, nothing shoddy in the construction. You can buy this case without reservation.

The Real Deal! My wife and I adore real leather, from sofas to wallets and hand bags. I have bought a few leather cases for my Apple iPad 32GB on Amazon, and found out that many sellers say it’s real leather but it’s not. Most turn out to be fake leather with a vinyl smell which was a disappointment.
They never mention if it’s real leather or not, which is what I now believe to be the obvious sign that it’s not real leather. After almost giving up, I decided to purchase another ipad leather case for my wife and I, and this time it is perfectly genuine leather, inside and outside! Just be careful and read the reviews when purchasing leather cases whether it’s for your iPad or other product.
Fake leather looks good but that’s about it. Real leather feels soft, looks good, smells good and definitely is much more durable and longer lasting. My wife and I are very happy with this purchase!

I LOVE my new AYL iPad case. I had an Apple Incase for several weeks; it gave great protection but it was also bulky and heavily. It added so much extra weight and space in my briefcase. After surfing on the web and reading the reviews on AYL iPad case, I decided to give it a try. I received my iPad case in 2 days without any cost to me. The case is slim (3/4″ thick after inserted the iPad), lightweight (300g without the iPad), and very professional looking. Equally important, it is much more affordable than other leather cases in the marketplace. I have the brown leather case, and the light tan switches were very nice and even. They also took extra care to finish all the corners and edges. No maintenance required to keep this beauty clean. I am extremely pleased with my AYL case, and I highly recommend to people who are looking for a genuine good quality leather case for their beloved iPad.

This skin is made of glossy, flexible, non-slip silicone that feels good and is easy to hold. It snaps around the iPad and fits snugly without play. Ports and buttons are readily accessible. There is a lip around the front edge of the iPad that should hold the front surface away from, say, a hardback book in your bag, or a tabletop if the iPad is face down.
The back of the skin is smooth; the diamond texture is on the inside. This could conceivably produce wear spots over time, but the silicone is soft enough that I’m not too worried about it. In the meantime, the iPad feels well protected against dings and scratches.
At this price, I expected borderline quality that would just get me by until I could find a proper skin. But I have yet to find a flaw with this product. Even the diamond pattern looks better in person than I expected. It’s a real bargain.

This is a reasonably attractive, inexpensive cover for the iPad.
If you plan to use the iPad Dock, I do NOT recommend it. I purchased the cover before taking a trip, and unfortunately the one review that mentions this problem wasn’t posted until afterwards (and that person found the hole in the back to be more of an issue.)
Particularly when traveling, I use the iPad dock, both for charging and to hold it up as a clock that I can easily view at night. (I got a great, free, alarm clock application for the iPad!) Unfortunately, I needed to remove the cover for it to fit in the dock. Since the cover fits firmly onto the iPad, taking it on and off is cumbersome.
One other thing to note: A screen protector did come with the cover when I purchased it. (Since the price has dropped even further, this may no longer be the case). One thing to note is that, since the skin case does fit so snuggly, if the screen protector isn’t perfectly aligned, the case will push against it and cause the screen protector to bubble up.
If not for the issue with the iPad dock, I’d probably up the rating one or two stars.

After seeing the $40+ prices on silicone cases locally, I decided to take a chance and order this. It fits my iPad perfectly and has a nice feel to it. (It’s not ‘slimy’ like some silicone cases are.) I wish that it included a screen protector, but that’s a relatively inexpensive thing to buy separately. The blue color is nice and the diamond pattern on the back of the case is pretty cool. I also purchased the Hard Candy Bubble Sleeve and with both cases, my iPad is heavily protected for travel!

Helps a lot. Not scratching the pad. I also bought a leather cover folder, can’t use both at the same time. I recommend using this,you don’t scratch the device or tables you place your IPad on. Maybe a little stupid paying extra for a colored skin
