Yes it can play almost everything… This is how I think of it… It has most of the features that a computer or laptop has to offer and it has a the features of an iPod Touch!

iPod Touch games, yes. Computer games? Not really. It doesn’t support Flash, so no little online games. And, on top of it being a weak machine, it doesn’t run Windows (most games only run in Windows). Also, any games for Mac won’t run on it, as it doesn’t run Mac OS. All in all, iPad=fail.
Yes it can play iPod Touch Games, It has the same operating system as the iPod Touch.
No it cannot play computer games, most are for Windows and/or Mac OSX. Which means it wont be compatible with the iPad.
