Question by Mike: Can you download games onto the ipad?
I need to know if you can download games off a disc onto the apple ipad. For example can i download Sims 3. Also is there adobe reader 8 on it or do i need to install that 2 if it is even possible. The ipod touch does not allow you to download Adobe reader 8 so i would like to know.

iPad’s do not have a disk drive, so you will not be able to transfer disc games (like The Sims 3) onto an iPad. The only games you’ll be able to play on the device are games found in the App Store. There is a Sims 3 app made for the iPhone, but you can expand the screen and it looks just as nice. You also cannot put Adobe Read 8 on an iPad, but the app iBooks does have PDF support.
