I am working a deal for one on craigslist that comes with a case. He’s asking 360$ is that a good deal?

Since a new iPad will be coming out in a few months, I would say that 360$ is a little much, but not unreasonable. It also depends heavily on the condition.

It depends on how badly you want what’s essentially useless. I’d give you a few bucks for one, but not more than $25. I already have a netbook and a smartphone, so what can I do with an iPad that I can’t already do?
If it is in good condition that is a fair price. If you wait a month or two, there is supposed to be another iPad coming out. You might be able to get a better deal then.
Well, i would wait for the next gen, because the new 4.2 software makes it feel sluggish and slow, so hopefully they will add a bit of processing power and more RAM. Also, dont forget the new iPad might have some new features you wont be able to have with the current iPad.
