Question by dancermdh: I’m confused…What is the difference between the iPad and my iPhone?
This device that seems to have everyone talking. It’s got everything from iBooks to web browsing, to the applications, and the cheapest one with 3g is 9. But is it really worth the money when I could almost (or if not buy) a brand new laptop?
I’m a huge Apple fan, and currently have an iPhone, but would an iPad just be a larger and much more expensive thing that I already have?
I am also looking a the new NOOKcolors. They have the ability to read/purchase books, listen to Pandora, play a couple games, and browse the internet. But it doesn’t have 3g. What do you think?
Any advice is greatly appreciated!!

The iPad is a giant iTouch. It’s great for media – except if you need flash. Yes, it pretty much is what you have with a much larger screen. Same with the nook. You can purchase and read B&N books on your iPhone. The nook is just larger. The iPad is even larger and can also read B&N books. In fact, the App Store has apps that allow you to read most, if not all eBooks (Sony is coming in December).
The iPad doesn’t replace a laptop. It’s a luxury device that you use in conjunction with a laptop. If you have the money for such a pretty, shiny toy, it’s fabulous. However, you can get the same stuff on your iPhone.
