I have the highest speed possible on Internet connection so that shouldn’t be the problem.

it also depends not just with internet, but the size of the app.

Its obvious, the source you were downloading from didn’t have the bandwidth to supply you with a high download rate.
While your internet may have high speeds, your connection may be horrid. Or the app’s humongous.
