Question by Jk981206: How long does an iPad reservation take?
I was planning on buying 2 iPads, 1 32 GB and 1 16 GB. Both of them are wi-fi. Apparently the store had just run out of all the iPads and cases, so I reserved 2 iPads. The employee that helped me with the reservations told me the store got shipments of random products daily, and there are probably quite a bit of people on the Reservation List. How long will it take for my iPads to be ready for purchase?

Well, Apple was having trouble with the production of the iPad at first, but they have said that they solved the problems and production has picked up.
I can’t tell you when exactly you iPad will come in (only Steve can tell you that) but im sure that it wont take long.

Mine took exactly 7 days, and that’s in Portland, OR where they’ve been sold out since the day they released the ipads. The guy at the apple store told me it would take 7 – 10 days, so I was happy it only took 7. I bought the iPad 16 GB with 3G.
