definitely get the case. even though they weigh a ton. they are extremely fragile. break like the wind.

Yes u need to get it. And i think $40 is too much. all u need is like $15 for a decent case + screen protector. Of course if u want to spend money on those world known brands where in fact the cases are pretty much the same, then go for it.
I got my case and protector from this seller just in case u might be intersted, it only costed me little bit above 10buck

The neoprene cases tend to be the best quality for the iPad. They don’t scratch and they have padding to protect in drops. The leather look nice and are good protection, but they tend to scratch the screen. iLuv is the most popular but they are frequently sold out, check out amazon for iLuv or http://ProiPadCases.com has a good selection.
