What are some topics that people would be interested in seeing as an ipad application?

An application that lets you know the ingredients in foor

Why are people insistant on being down on the iPad before they even see it?
If I was a developer I would start watching science fiction.
I want apps to give me the “Minority Report” vibe. Also did you see Avatar? On there once of the techies has a document on screen and swipes it sideway off the screen onto his tablet PC wirelessly. AWESOME.
