Question by Michelle: Would I have to pay for this app on my iPad again?
You see, I have an iPhone, gonna get an iPad. I bought a couple of games (3 to be exact) and paid for them on my iPhone. If I want to download the same app on my iPad using the SAME iTunes account, do I have to pay for it again on the iPad? 🙂 thanks in advance.

No, apple checks your account and then lets you install the applicaitons you have already purchased.
Just make sure you remove your account form your iphone if you are selling it off.
To remove go to settings = appstore => sign out
