Question by Autumn: Questions about the new iPad!?
I’m about to be going into college, so of course I’m giving a lot of thought when it comes to choosing a laptop. I’ve looked at the HP TouchSmart series laptop, and I like what I see. But now there’s an iPad, and I know you can use it with photo, video, internet and books, but I wasn’t sure what standard apps it came with. Does it have a writing application I could use to write reports and papers? All answers will help. 🙂 Thanks.

Although iPads are very cool I think you should go with a regular HP laptop because I don’t think you can print or type(other than notepad) from the iPad.
What do you think? Answer below!

If you are going into college, you definitely don’t want to get an ipad. It isn’t work oriented and a regular pc by HP or Gateway will do much better.
There is a program called Pages, which you can buy for $9.99, which uses the touch screen keyboard to type your documents. Just be aware that the iPad doesn’t have USB ports or a disk drive, so using it for a laptop may be complicated.

Although iPads could not print or type, i wanna say it’s worth getting.
Somebody even say there is nothing else quite like an iPad, and it does a few things, in a few places, better than anything.
So I wanna say it’s worth getting, and I think it would be wonderful experience to watch movie on such a big portable device. u can transfer plenty of music, DVD movies or video clips to iPad; u could try watching movies on Netflix with iPad; u could download streaming videos off the popular video sharing sites, YouTube, Google Video, etc, for playback on your iPad when you have to be up for several hours.
But you should remember that you are still limited to whatever formats the iPad player supports.
if in this case, i wanna share this converter with u – SnowFox DVD & Video to iPad Converter which is also compatible with iPod all series, iPhone and iPhone 3GS. im using and in favor of it, not only because of its powerful conversion, but also of its superior video quality. It could also rip the latest structure protected DVD.
If u wanna discover more, find it via Yahoo/Google, or see the link below:

Hope u could enjoy movies with ur iPad anywhere, btw, i like my iPad so much 🙂
Hope my personal opinion could help. Good luck!
