Question by anonymoususer274287: Restoration of the iPad on a different computer to downgrade?
If I turn off my computer that has iTunes installed, the iTunes that recognizes my iPad, and then I boot into another operating system (still Windows) and use a new installation of iTunes, will it let me install a custom IPSW file when restoring, or will it still require SHSH blobs? Note that the version of iTunes on the other computer has never seen my iPad, and therefore doesn’t know what it is yet.

OMG 13 MINUTES LEFT! ok is the iPad registered on THAT computer? because that might be one of the problems!
