Question by : Salesman complimented me?
Hey so I’ve been attracted to this salesman for about 3 weeks & try to go to his store one time a week. Remembering me, he always approaches me with a bright smile & jokes with me a bit, as all salesmen usually do. However, the last day I went, he told me I smelled good as we were discussing iPad cases. Does this comment mean he is interested? Because shortly after, he found out I was 7 years younger than him (just graduating) & seemed to almost retract a bit. HELP!

Either he’s interested, or he’s just trying to sell you something – after all, he *is* a salesman, and they’ll say a lot of stuff they don’t really mean if it’ll make a sale.

Also remember that if he is actually interested, what he’s interested in may not be what you are interested in. He might just be flirting and not actually wanting anything beyond that, or he might be looking for just sex, or he may actually want something serious (but the fact that you’re 7 years younger and just graduated may make this less likely!)
