I wanna watch case closed and fullmetal alchemist episodes on my iPhone and ipad but am wondering which websites work because most sites are flash based and don’t work on the iPhone

Why do you need flash ?
Flash is dead.

Just go to YouTube.com/anime

There are all kinds of anime available there. Don’t use the app just visit the site on the Safari browser.
You can watch all kinds of anime and if you go YouTube.com/ movies, you can watch Full Length movies also.

You can also use app Dailymotion to watch case closed anime.
